Order Processing Times
The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of being received. Dispatch days can vary depending on the selected service.
- Many of the express delivery options have a same-day or next day processing time.
- Economical services are commonly only collected by the correspnding courier twice per week (if an order is received just after a courier pick-up, it would face the maximum 3 business day processing time).
Certain orders may require additional processing time. This often is related to the shipping address being flagged by the courier and requiring manual verification.
Shipping Delivery Estimates
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days after the order has been received.
In some cases, orders ship same-day.
Transit time depends on the shipping service selected. The slowest shipping services for the relative destination have the following delivery estimates:
- USA: 3-6 business days (First Class Mail)
- Canada: 2-8 business days (Expedited)
- International: 8-21 business days (Small Packet Air International)
- Problematic Countries: 20-40 calendar days (Small Packet Air International)

Please be aware that the shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. International shipping times can be difficult to predict due to the large number of variables involved (mail volume surges, customs processing delays, weather factors, local holidays, etc.).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs processing at the destination country.
Different countries have different tax/duty free import limits. Shipments outside of these limits are likely to be subject to the destinations countries duties and taxes upon import. These fees can be extremely hard to predict and are often at the discretion of the specific customs officer who handles the shipment.

VAT to European Nations
As of July 1st, 2021 all shipments valued under €150 and destined for the European Union states must have the proportionate VAT pre-paid at the time of purchase. To accommodate this, VAT is now directly charged during the checkout process and remitted to the corresponding countries tax authorities via the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) program.
Pre-payment of taxes in this manner ensures proper compliance of import, reduces customs processing times, and avoids any unexpected fees at delivery. With these changes, you should not be billed any additional customs fees upon delivery.
Official VAT Paid Invoice Record Available Upon Request
This process of collection and remittence is handled by a third party tax service – Taxamo. Once an order is placed on the website, the VAT charges are paid to Taxamo, who then becomes the responsible party for transferring these fees to the government.
As a result of this in-direct tax collection, all orders to European Union countries have a secondary invoice issued by Taxamo which includes the official record of VAT collection and payment. To avoid an unnecessary confusion, the secondary invoice issued by Taxamo is not automatically included with each order. Instead, the appreciate VAT information is passed electronically with each shipment.
In rare cases, customs authorities may request this invoice for manually processing and review. If this invoice is required, please send your request via the purchase support form and it will be emailed to you promptly.

I can highly recommend this product as well as the oil. I was skeptical at first but I had positive results within in a week . I had severe flaking skin and dark red spots 2—3 cm big, around my mouth and didn’t want to go in public,terrible, but it’s been 10 month since then and I’m super happy with the product . On the contrary, it was badlyer then before. I tried realy anything. Where i have not hope, i finding that Biom Oil. Sorry for my Words, but this oil is a motherfucker oil. I spray all to days for 2 Month and my Ekzem was death. Never be ashamed again, never again eczema. I LOVE THAT. I can feel with all people with the sebehoric ekzem, becaus that i write with my bad englis that comment. Trust me that was the once Reason for a long time.

5 out of 5I was skeptical at first but after my SD got so bad and even sun treatment in so-cal didn’t work I tried Michael’s product and it is absolutely wonderful. I had very severe red flaking dry patches around my mouth that didn’t respond to anything and I was desperate. Within a few days following the directions I saw improvement and within 2 weeks my skin looked almost normal. After 3-4 weeks you wouldn’t know that I have SD unless I told you. I use the recovery spray daily and the oil now only sporadically as needed. Thank you Michael for spending the time and energy to develop something that is non toxic and actually works. We are all different of course, but for me this product worked wonders, and I’m not using this term lightly.

5 out of 5I have suffered from SD for the past 20 years. For the first few years or so i was able to control it with steroid cream.
Soon after my DR refused to perscribe me any more steroid cream due to my constant use and its side effects. For the nex 20 years i faced a constant battle of really bad flare ups. This got to the point where I’d call in sick at work because i hated the way i looked. It totally took over my life an left me on the verge of drepression.
After years of trying diffrent creams and lotions i finally came accross Biom8. Id never heard of this and was very sceptical as it only contained natural ingredients. I used it twice a day and within a week my skin had cleared up and never felt so smoth and blemish free. I can honestly say at this point this product has transformed my life and i only hope i can keep buying this for as long as i need to.
Ive been using it for about 3 weeks now and im amazed by the results. Please please please give this a go if you’re out there looking for a product to help. I cant recommended this highly enough.

I had tried everything. Everything! Prescription shampoo, over the counter shampoo, changing diet, washing more often, creams, natural products, home remedies….you name it, I had tried it to try to control my scalp dermatitis. I had been dealing with this for 18 years. Through this time it got progressively worse and then I found Biom8 earlier this year. It had the best reviews I had seen for dermatitis products so I decided to give it a try. I had nothing to lose.
I messed up and ordered the oil instead of the spray but customer service was great and the problem was fixed, almost immediately. I got the probiotic spray not expecting anything, but my mind was blown away to see that for the first time in many years, my dermatitis was almost completely cleared in areas where I applied in a matter of a couple of weeks. I live in a very humid climate so the probiotic spray made sense, I only wish it came in a bigger bottle because I have to spray my entire scalp. My skin is very sensitive (Selsun Blue and other such products give me severe allergic reactions) but I spray this on my scalp and massage with my fingertips after washing my hair and let it sit for 10-15 min before blow drying (not directly to my scalp), and it works.
This is such a big relief to me, I have long jet black hair and over the years, my dermatitis had made me so self conscious, not to mention the constant shedding of hair and worrying that was losing more hair than usual and it was starting to become noticeable. This product is awesome and I have already recommended it to friends. Now, can we please get big re-fill bottles?

5 out of 5Great product!!! I have had SD on face for about two years. Mostly intermittent and mild I did not worry about it much. Recently it had really flared up and been more constant despite trying to avoid triggers (alcohol, caffeine, stress). I tried the apple cider vinegar, honey, etc.. with only mild success. I am an emergency physician and tried the medical route of steroid creams as well without luck. After finding this product, I was skeptical but there was no harm in trying. After two days my normal skin was back. I use it sparingly now and I have yet to have a flare up after 4 months. I can even grow a goatee now without a flare. I usually don’t write reviews but had to give credit to this amazing stuff.

5 out of 5I’ve had a SD that comes and goes for years. I’m a 31 yo male from Montreal. All my life, I’ve experienced many skin problems: inflammatory acne, oily skin, clogged pores, eczema and a bit of rosacea on the cheeks, and SD as I said. It’s been sometimes difficult for me to make a difference between all of these problems, since the symptoms are often very similar. I have to mention that I did a Accutane cure when I was 15, and it worked at 50 % in my case. Acne came back as long with oily skin after the treatment. At 23, I was sick of my skin, so I decided to talk to dermatologist about low dose Accutane, on which he agreed to give a shot. It’s been working well for me with a 10 mg per day. I’ve been taking this dose for 7 years now and my acne is under control, even if my skin is still a bit oily (but acceptable).
I made the mistake to use a very strong corticosteroid on my SD on my face when it got bad 3 times in my life, and every time, this ended up with very bad perioral dermatisis. I had my last one in May this year. I had to go on Minocyclin for about 3 months, 100mg per day, to make it go away. And the SD was still there in the meantime, so it was nightmare to deal with.
I have to mention that I’ve always took the sun (yeah, including the tanning beds), once every week of 2 weeks. My skin is vey tolerant to the sun, so even on Accutane, I’ve never burned. In April, I decided to go easy on the the UVs since it’s bad for the wrinkles (and cancer…), and I noticed my SD was coming back. This is when I used my corticosteroids. It helped at first, but then red bumps started to appears on my perioral area. One week after, I had this pimples rash with super dry flaky skin on this area. The POD was back and strong this time! This is when I started to take Minocyclin again. It took around 2 months to have it under control, but the SD was still there.
I tried so many things, including Nizoral and Selsun Blue Shampoos to fight the yeast, that help but are not enough to keep the SD really under control. They are drying for the skin, so I use them that way: one day, I wash my face with Nizoral (2 % kentoconazole), one day, I use Cetaphil cleanser (for dry skin, even mine is still oily), one day I use the Selsun (2,5% selenium sulfide), one day Cetaphil, and then do that cycle again. I found that switching products helps fighting the yeast more. That being said, I started seeing the sun again (at least once a week), and it also helps.
Because these shampoos are drying, I needed something to hydrate my skin properly. The Skin Conditioning Oil is the best! It really makes a difference! But, for me, it still could feel some discomfort and redness on my SD weak spots (every side of my nose, under my nose and on the chin, near my lip). That’s when I decided to also order the Probiotic Repair Spray. Bingo! With the shampoos, the Cetaphil and these two products, I don’t worry about my SD that much anymore. No, it doesn’t cure it, but It definitely keeps it away, or almost. It’s barely noticeable now and my skin doesn’t feel weird.
About the diet, I tried many things as well, but I can’t tell it makes a huge difference. I tried cutting the gluten, the alcohol… doesn’t change much. So now, I live my life the way I intend to. I do eat well, tend to sleep well and I workout a lot, so I guess the heathly lifestyle never hurts.

5 out of 5I used this, and then some Biom8 conditioning oil (or sometimes a pure shea butter moisturizer), for my ears. I was diagnosed with eczema of the ears in 2010, and I first started using just the Biom8 oil and some zinc oxide cream, which helped tremendously, but still had some itching. I tried using the Biom8 Probiotic Repair Spray first, then adding the conditioning oil, and now do not need to use anything else to keep the itching and weeping at bay. The probiotic spray feels so soothing to my ears, too. Thank you!!
