This page should help you get a better understanding of what to expect from the shipping process. Every effort is made to keep the information accurate and up-to-date, however, unexpected changes/differences can surface.

Processing Times

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days after the order has been received. In some cases, orders ship same-day. All shipments originate from Vancouver, Canada.

Service Details and Delivery Estimates

Please be aware that the shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. International shipping times can be difficult to predict with certainty due to the large number of variables involved (mail volume surges, customs processing delays, local holidays, etc.).

Small Packet Air – no tracking or insurance – 6-21 business days
Asendia International Tracked – 6-21 business days
Tracked Packet International – 6-10 business days
Priority Mail International – 6-21 business days
XpressPost International – 4-7 business days
DHL Express – 2-5 business days

As a general guideline, delivery time to countries with organized/efficient postal services is usually on the lower end of the estimates listed above, while countries with poorly organized postal systems fall on the lower end.

Small Packet Air and International AirmailSince the Small Packet Air and International Airmail services do not come with tracking or insurance, tracked shipping services are highly recommended for countries with unreliable national postal services.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs processing at the destination country.

Different countries have different tax/duty-free import limits. Shipments outside of these limits are likely to be subject to the destinations countries duties and taxes upon import.

These fees can be extremely hard to predict and are often at the discretion of the specific customs officer who handles the shipment.
